Meet Our Founder
Our Founder
The trailblazing Rev. Dr. ‘Wale Olajire is a clear teacher of the Word, a passionate disciple-maker, an informed prayer minister, a tested Church Pastor, a dynamic administrator, a gifted linguist, and a scholar practitioner. He has been the Lead Pastor of the cosmopolitan Antioch Baptist Church, Ogbomoso, for twenty-two years, and an adjunct lecturer in the Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary, Ogbomoso, for nine years.
‘Wale Olajire is a great lover of education who places a premium on personal development. He is a graduate of the University of Ibadan, where he obtained B.A., M.A. English. Having responded to the call of God, he proceeded to the Nigerian Baptist Theological Seminary, Ogbomoso, for his ministerial training and bagged M.Div., M.Th. (Biblical Studies). His quest for excellence in all he does led him to improve himself with M.A. (NT) from the University of Jos; and MPA, PhD English (Conversation Analysis and Pragmatics) from the University of Ilorin.
He worked as an Administrator/Human Resource practitioner for 7 years and rose to be a middle level manager before his aspiration to become a top-notch HR practitioner was interrupted by the call of God on His life. He responded to the call, against which he had struggled for three years, in the year 1999.
He is happily married to Rev. Olubunmi Bose Olajire, a pillar of support for his family and ministry, who has also served with him in the same church as the Children/Teenagers Minister for twenty-one years. Their union is blessed with three great biological children and many spiritual children.
